Long Term Care Help in Connecticut

The goal of Connecticut's Long Term Care web site for seniors and family caregivers is to provide easy access to comprehensive information on private and public long-term care (LTC) services and supports in Connecticut.  The site includes informationn on:

  • Home Care
  • Community Care
  • Housing options
  • Institutional/Nursing Home Care.

 

Helpful information is also available on resources to help pay for needs.
