VNA Community Healthcare provides home care services to North Haven patients. We know it can be hard to tell which VNA is which but we are truly different. VNA Community Healthcare is unique in several vital ways:

• We support family caregivers too. Our Caregiver Support Network offers educational and social programs, plus resources for families. Our toll-free VNA helpline(1.866.474.5230), caregiver consultations and newsletter make it easy for families to get the support they need.
• If patients need ongoing servies to stay at home, we probably have it. Our affiliate, LifeTime Solutions, offers professional, nurse managed, private home care including: live-ins, personal care assistants, homemakers, private pay med management, geriatric care management and even complementary therapies in the home.
